The Apologist’s Repertoire: Why Skill is Costly and How to Acquire it For Christ’s Sake

fools talk

I just read an article by Douglas Groothuis called the apologist’s repertoire.  In it he emphasizes the requirements necessary to be an effective apologist and it is quite daunting.  But if the Holy Spirit is our ever present help in time of need, then we can proceed with confidence knowing we are not alone in this task.  I refer to this article because I believe it’s a nice compliment to the weekly summaries of “Fool’s Talk” being provided.  Skill is costly to acquire and this article is but one more step in that direction. Click the link below and be encouraged, challenged and grow for the sake of Christ and the kingdom.

Thanks. That was a good article. We should expect no less of pastors and apologists as we do of surgeons. I want my surgeon to be competent to cut me open.
